Old Things

I love old toys.

I collect vintage jewellery.

I enjoy knitting.

So I combined all three and here are the results.

Old kitchen things.

I have been sorting out some kitchen drawers.

An enamel bread bin bought from a charity shop.

Old rolling pins, the tiny one is for a child.

Oh the stories these things could tell, little pieces of domestic history, simple everyday utensils which have thankfully survived the years.

I love them.
